The Developers

The Grasshopper group of companies was established in 1987 primarily to develop residential sections. Since then it has developed in excess of 3,000 sections in Tauranga, Hamilton and Queensland together with some industrial sections and commercial property.

The directors of Grasshopper are Graeme Lee and Kevin Honeybone. Graeme has engineering qualifications and is responsible for the design and construction of the developments. Kevin has accounting qualifications and handles the accounting, finance, legal, marketing and administration functions.
Grasshopper also employs two office staff, a surveyor, landscaper and engineers.

The second of our adjoining Bethlehem subdivisions, this 46 lot residential development is located in the heart of Bethlehem in Tauranga and was released in 1994.

Ashmore Park
